While performing your home inspection we will catalog any appliances in the home and enter them into a recall database. If there is a recall on anything in your home you will be contacted. There is no additional cost to you. We do the work, you get peace of mind.

Follow-up appointments
In the event something needs repair, you want to ensure the repairs were done properly. When you schedule a re-inspection, you are protecting your investment. We are happy to follow up and give you an updated condition what was found.
